Instead, we want a massive volume of cum to shoot out of your penis. When there’s more volume, just like the balloon, your dick has to use more force to push the cum out of your penis.

When there’s more semen in your testicles, your penis creates more back-pressure to push it out. It’s like putting more air in a tire, to build up pressure. More volume = more pressure = further cum-shot.

The way to increase the semen amount is straightforward: if you can, do not have sex every day.

Drinks lots of water

Dehydration could be another reason why you have been unhappy with the distance of shooting your loads. 

According to research in 2013, up to 29% of guys have semen that qualifies as being clinically thick.

If your body is not getting enough fluids, it will not give semen its due amount of necessary liquids to maintain proper volume levels and texture.

I don’t usually recommend supplements, but zinc is a definite exception. It’s that good.

You could get zinc naturally by eating a lot of vegetables, but it’s pretty hard to get supplement-level dosing from eating vegetables. My suggestion: do both. Take the zinc supplement, and eat foods rich in zinc.

For those who don’t know, these are the muscles surrounding the base of your penis that control the flow in and out of the urethra. One of their jobs is to stop the flow of pee/semen in/out, but their other job is to squeeze and force semen out.

You can practice Kegels exercises to last longer, stop your orgasm, dry orgasm, or just improve blood flow. They’re a great all-around exercise I recommend for every guy.

To practice these exercises, (specifically for shooting sperm further) practice squeezing your kegel for as long as possible. Don’t try to do reps, just try to do one rep that’s very challenging.

Edging is another method to ejaculate more and increase cum velocity. Before you get close to climax, you stop before cumming, wait for a bit, and start the stimulation again. In other words, you are getting closer to the edge and back off before blowing the load.

Plenty of guys manage to dribble as much as a teaspoon of sperm if they do not edge.

The reason why edging works is that the process allows the prostate to produce extra fluid. And by fluid, I mean not the semen, but what is known as “filler” or “buffer fluid.”

Edging also helps you get in the mood both physically and mentally. The more aroused you are, the stronger your muscle contractions, propelling the cum and allowing you to shoot further.

Every guy is different

Your body stores semen. However, we all have different bodies, and what works for one guy may not work for another.

If you have time to try different variations, do not hesitate and experiment.
